Much like Saturday Night’s Main Event in December, today’s episode of WWE SmackDown will stream live on YouTube, WWE confirmed to NZPWI.
The first SmackDown of 2025 marks the brand’s return to USA Network in the United States, and a move to three-hours to reflect the new TV contract.
Nia Jax is set to defend the WWE Women’s Championship against Naomi, while Andrade challenges United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura in a non-title bout.
Today’s YouTube livestream is a one-off, filling the gap between SmackDown’s tenure on Sky TV and its debut on Netflix—which will be home to all live WWE programming (Raw, NXT, SmackDown, and premium live events) beginning Tuesday, January 7.
