Alexa Bliss has revealed Australia is one of her favourite places to visit.
The WWE Superstar, who performs all over the world, had high praise for our neighbours across the ditch in an interview provided to NZPWI.
“My favourite place to visit is Australia, even though it’s a really long flight,” Bliss said.
“I really like Australia. It’s pretty and the food’s always really good.”
Bliss, 31, is a noted Disney fanatic, so also enjoys wrestling in cities with a Disneyland nearby.
“Mike Rome and I got to visit a bunch of the Disneys because we had shows in Shanghai, Paris, and Tokyo, which has been a lot of fun.”
While there’s no Disney in the United Kingdom, WWE will bring its own brand of magic to Cardiff next month for Clash at the Castle.
More than 60,000 WWE fans are expected to fill Principality Stadium for the UK’s first WWE event of this size since SummerSlam 1992.
Bliss will be in six-woman action, teaming with Asuka and Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair against Bayley, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky. But the most anticipated match of the day is Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Scottish challenger Drew McIntyre.
“I’ve always been a big fan of Drew,” Bliss said. “He’s a dominant force for sure. I think he can definitely take Roman Reigns, and what better place than Cardiff? I think it’ll be a really interesting clash – no pun intended!”
WWE Clash at the Castle streams live exclusively on WWE Network from 5am (NZST) on Sunday, September 4.
