Auckland’s Warrior Wrestling is holding an open day this Saturday, September 19.
Held between 11am and 5pm, the free open day is an opportunity for anyone to experience the fundamentals of pro-wrestling training, as well as general fitness and coordination drills.
Attendees are reminded to wear a mask and sign in using the NZ COVID Tracer app.
Warrior Wrestling is helmed by NJPW star Aaron Henare, and seeks to offer New Zealanders a unique, challenging, and fulfilling means of training.
“Whether for general exercise, strength and conditioning, or for people looking to make a career out of wrestling, we endeavour to give you the skills, training, tools, guidance, and environment you need in order to find the Warrior Within through wrestling,” reads a statement on the Warrior Wrestling website.
