Former Universal Champion Roman Reigns will return to Raw today (2pm NZDT, Sky 5) for the first time in four months, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon announced on Friday.
“@WWERomanReigns (aka Joe Anoa’i) will address the status of his fight with leukemia [sic] this Monday on Raw,” McMahon tweeted.

Reigns last appeared on Raw on October 22, 2018, where he vacated the Universal Championship to focus on his leukaemia treatment.
At the time, Reigns was adamant he was not retiring from the ring.
“After I’m done whoopin’ leukaemia’s ass once again, I’m coming back home,” he said in October.
“I’m coming back because I want to show all of you—the whole world—I want to show my family, my friends, my children, and my wife, that when life throws a curveball at me, I am the type of man that will stand in that batter’s box, I will crowd the plate, I will choke up, and I will swing for the fences every single time.
“Because I will beat this and I will be back so you will see me very, very soon.”
Since October, Reigns has been based in Hawaii to rehab, and film scenes for a role in Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson-produced Fast & Furious spinoff Hobbs & Shaw.
Many WWE Superstars have eagerly received the news of Reigns’ return, including Reigns’ WrestleMania 32 opponent, Triple H.
“No one fights harder and is tougher than @WWERomanReigns,” Triple H tweeted.
“Can’t wait to see him back in his yard this Monday on #Raw and hear how his battle is going.”
