WWE returns to New Zealand to present WWE Live this September.
The Superstars of WWE Raw will be in action on Wednesday, September 13 at Horncastle Arena in Christchurch.
Tickets go on sale Monday, March 27.
Roman Reigns, Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, and Finn Balor are currently advertised for WWE Live – as well as a first-time New Zealand appearance from Raw Women’s Champion Bayley. As always, talent are subject to change.
WWE sold out Auckland’s Vector Arena with 11,000 fans attending WWE Live in August 2016.
This is the first time WWE has been to Christchurch since a SmackDown/ECW event in 2008, headlined by a six-man tag pitting Batista, Matt Hardy, and The Undertaker against Edge, Mark Henry, and MVP.
“We are excited to bring WWE Live back to New Zealand,” TEG Dainty President and CEO Paul Dainty said. “We’re also incredibly excited about returning to Christchurch, this is our first visit back since 2008 and just like last year’s sold-out show in Auckland, we promise an action-filled night that will have young and old on their feet roaring in excitement. This one-night-only show is the only stop in New Zealand in 2017, so it is not to be missed.”
After Christchurch, the Superstars of WWE Raw move on to Australia, with WWE Live events in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
