The card for IPW Rival Turf continues to heat up with the addition of another feature bout.
IPW has announced Johnny Idol will clash with Liger at this Saturday’s event.
Idol and Liger have an issue with one another dating back to Liger’s post-match attack on Idol at New Heights in May.
Although both of Liger’s wins over Idol have been in tag team action, the Strong Style Supervillain is just as confident of a victory in singles competition.
“Come down and watch as the deadly sin of Pride becomes the downfall of your false Idol,” he wrote.
Rival Turf currently features three more massive matches, including Britenay vs. Evie for the undisputed IPW Women’s Championship, Fury vs. Travis Banks for the IPW Championship, and The Investment vs. The Origin in Rival Turf’s signature double-ring, Capture the Flag bout.
IPW Rival Turf takes place this Saturday, August 30, at the Lynfield Recreation Centre in Auckland.
